Adams County Development Council (ACDC) is partnering with Vets on the Farm and WSU Extension to provide resources and support for entrepreneurs interested in starting a small business.
The Vets on the Farm program is designed for Veterans seeking a new mission and a way to transition back into civilian life through careers in agriculture, farming, ranching or other conservation based industries. Their mission is to provide resources and opportunities for education, partnership, and employment.
Through the partnership with Vets on the Farm and WSU Extension, ACDC is providing business assistance to veterans and any entrepreneurs or current small business owners who is wanting develop or grow their business.
Coming soon will be more information on a 6-8 week curriculum course for entrepreneurs and current small businesses owners to learn the fundamentals of building a business model and plan. The course will begin in December 2017 and run through the beginning of February 2018 at the Ritzville WSU Extension office with the potential of video conferencing the class to the Othello County Public Building. Cost will be $125 per person.
